Laura has diverse professional experience in a range of environments including the not-for-profit sector, business, and government. In her most recent role she led the People and Culture function at Canberra ag-tech startup company Goterra.
Laura is a purpose-driven leader and is passionate about working with people to solve problems and drive change.
Christelle Grebe, Acting Chief Operating Officer
Christelle is an accomplished, multi-skilled manager with experience across a range of sectors in
Australia and South Africa. Highly detail-oriented, she works effectively with both financial and
non-financial teams to deliver strong outcomes.
Ben Kirk, Director of Business Development and Strategy
Ben has a strong background in both the government and not-for-profit sectors for over 15 years, and has tertiary qualifications in law and sports management. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a passion for good governance, structure and policy. A keen student of organisational health, Ben enjoys collaborating with peers on strategic objectives to drive innovation and excellence in delivery.
He also has a keen interest in sports governance and administration, having held senior local, state and international roles across a variety of sports including touch football, football, softball and hockey.
Mark Barnes, Director of Olympiad and Pathways
Mark has worked in leadership roles at multiple not-for-profit sporting organisations for 5 + years and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.
In his most recent role, Mark led the Participation and Game Development department at Capital Football, managing local competitions, developing strategy, and engaging with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
